How can you create Access Code?

Go to Access Code Tab > Click on Create New Access Code button > follow the below Steps: Enter the Code manually or select the Auto-generated option. Enter Access code valid from and till date. Click on Submit button. Now you can see code under Access Code section, click on code status button to enable Access code. and then you can share this access code to user(s) so they can Register/Enroll to the course using this Access code on click of Register with Access Code menu link.

How can you(as a Group Admin) enroll user(s)?

Click on Enroll New User button. There are 2 options: Option 1: Enter User’s First Name, Last Name, Email and Click on Submit. You can add multiple (as per your seat limits) users at a time by clicking on the Add more users button. Option 2 (Upload via CSV): Click on Download Sample CSV to download sample file. Enter User’s First Name, Last Name, Email (as per your seats limit). And upload that updated CSV file.

Enrolled Users and Report Tab features:

Enrolled Users In this tab, you can check all the enrolled user's lists. You can Reinvite users. i:e; User will receive an email with username and reset password link. You can delete single user or bulk remove, but Removing users will not increase the "User Registrations Left" count. Search: You can search users by name/email. Report In this tab, you can check user's Course Progression and their Rewards (certificate).

Edit Business details:

On click of this button, You can update Business Title and logo for this dashboard.
